Philosophy of Therapy
People can change and become healthier by developing effective coping skills and implementing strategies toward creating life style changes. Counseling and Therapy is a vehicle with several opportunities, specific tools and strategies with which people can grow and change. The Therapy process promotes a safe and trusting environment which facilitates growth and development and the ability to learn effective coping skills to overall better manage and respond to needs and wants in daily living.

My primary role as a Therapist is to provide quality counseling through effective Assessment, Treatment Planning & Education; help identify clear avenues toward problem solving; provide effective therapeutic techniques toward achieving balance in major life areas; and to increase and / or support one's abilities to function effectively and healthfully.
