I have enjoyed a clinical practice for more than 25 years; people start with me at all stages in their lives, from late adolescence into their later years. I use an empathic, client-directed approach in connecting with people to create a safe, supportive atmosphere for healing and inner exploration. I support clients in their quest for self-discovery and autonomy, enabling them to utilize their own inner resources to grow and change in ways that are satisfying to them. It is a process that leads to personal growth and improvement in one's quality of life in all areas - social, family and intimate relationships, work or career.
Over the years I have developed a special interest in working with people who have trauma histories, including all forms of childhood abuse. I have long experience facilitating support groups for incest survivors.
