Ford Willoughby integrates proven techniques with his deeply held belief in the resiliency of the human spirit. His clients find that self-discovery can be a healing, invigorating, and at times, a surprisingly joyful experience. He received his Bachelor's degree from Tulane University and his Master's degree from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Much of his practice focuses on couples, and he is currently a candidate for certification in Imago Therapy. Ford has had great success in treating individuals with depression, anger, life transitions, and alcoholism.
Additionally, Ford works for Lutheran Social Services as a clinical consultant to several area hospitals including Lutheran General and Alexian Brother's. Ford completed his practicum at Ravenswood Hospital where he led group therapy sessions for several mentally ill adults. And he also worked at Children's Memorial Hospital with children diagnosed with behavioral disorders such as ADHD. Offices in Oak Park and the Loop.
